Popurrí
Located in the heart of San Isidro, Popurrí is the first food hall co-created with recognized and emerging chefs at the local level. Driven by an innovative operational model and a passion for authentic flavors. A space where gastronomy merges with art and culture. Our carefully curated proposal offers concepts that complement each other and come from a single main kitchen. The name “Popurrí,” which means mixture, perfectly captures the essence of our proposal: a rich combination of flavors, cultures, and experiences that unite in perfect harmony.
Maras
Maras is an honest and refined expression of contemporary Peruvian cuisine. Every detail speaks of origin, precision, and warmth. Each dish results from combining the best available product with modern techniques, representing Peru with depth, combining its proposal with a prominent wine cellar that complements it. Maras is tradition and avant-garde.
Insumo
Insumo merges Mediterranean cuisine with Peruvian flavors, in a curated proposal where fresh and quality ingredients are the main stars. We honor the Peruvian coast and its products, in tune with the privileged view of the sea that the rooftop has, making it the perfect destination for those who love to eat and wish to discover the city through its flavors.
Bar Velvet
Bar Velvet is a sensory and enigmatic speakeasy, inspired by the raw and creative energy of downtown New York in the 70s and 80s. It is an intimate but vibrant space that transports us to an alternative universe where the underground mixes with sophistication, and each corner tells a story.
Alphonse Bar
Speakeasy with a clandestine and refined spirit, inspired by the era of prohibition and the life of Alphonse Capone, offers classic and signature cocktails, accompanied by rhythms of jazz, bossa, and blues, creating the perfect atmosphere for a mysterious and sophisticated experience. Alphonse plays with intrigue, hidden luxury, and vintage theatricality.
Chalana
Chalana is a cevichería located on the sea of Paracas, whose culinary proposal is based on the concept of Kilometer Zero, betting on local fishing, aware of the timing of the species and generating minimal mobility, ensuring the freshness of the fish and seafood from the area, and committed to sustainability to the rhythm of salsa that merges with the sea, for the enjoyment of an authentic, creative, and constantly evolving culinary experience.
